Laura Smith is on a mission to help heal the emotional burden felt by so many of todays moms, children, and families. As a mother, grandmother and teacher, Laura has seen first hand how the stressors of every day life are effecting our children, how moms are stressed out and exhausted, and how families are struggling emotionally. Laura has developed her programs to help ease the tension, release the anxiety and pressure, and help you and your children develop the tools you need to return to peace, to learn to love yourself again, and to rebuild the bonds of your family!

Parents and Educators, are your children or students sad, frustrated, angry, or dealing with a lot of emotions, and they don't know how to process and/or express themselves? Laura watched her own grandson go through a traumatic experience, and he is the inspiration for our program. Laura's program teaches children the tools they need to help them cope and navigate through their emotions, in order to help them build resilience, and increase their self esteem and their self confidence.

Meet Laura
Laura Smith holds a Pennsylvania State Elementary and Early Childhood Teacher Certification, has a Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and has fourteen years of teaching experience. Laura also has studied under Gabrielle Bernstein, a seven times New York Times Best Selling Author, a spiritual entrepreneur, and yogi master. *Laura does not claim to be able to diagnosis, treat, or cure any illness. |
