Know that you are not alone. We are all in this together. And whether you are a stay at home mom, if you regularly work from home, if you are currently working from home because of the pandemic, or IF YOU ARE ONE OF OUR FRONTLINE WORKERS (A HUGE THANK YOU TO YOU!!!), if you are married or a single mom, or if you JUST NEED A BREAK, THAN THIS IS FOR YOU!! Once the kids are in bed, gather these things: Epsom Salt (if you don’t have epsom salt, grab some Himalayan Sea Salt) Your favorite essential oil A candle Your favorite meditation (see below for a guided meditation I composed just for you!) Spa music A glass of wine/beverage of choice! Here is your guided meditation created by owner of Healing Through Love, Laura Smith, just for you! Ok, now that you have gathered all of your necessities: 1. Go to your bathroom. 2. Run a hot bath and add in the epsom salt. (or the Himalayan Sea Salt.) 3. Add about 10 drops of your favorite essential oil. (I recommend lavender or eucalyptus.) 4. Light your candle and turn off the lights in your bathroom. 5. Turn on the guided meditation and climb in the tub. (Be super careful with your phone near the water! Make sure it is NOT plugged in!) 6. Take some deep cleansing breaths, and RELAX! 7. Once the meditation is over, turn on the spa meditation music, grab your drink, and just spend the rest of your time breathing and relaxing… I recommend doing this at least 3 times a week while we are in quarantine. It will help you to feel much more relaxed during your day. Drop a comment below with some of your favorite relaxation methods,
let's help others during this time!
